The practice of integrative medicine is broader in focus because it combines conventional and complementary medicine to restore overall health and wellness at an affordable cost either through single discounted cash payment visits or through our Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership plan. DPC membership plans are suitable for individuals and families with no health insurance plans, individuals with high deductible insurance plans; and owners of small businesses seeking a cost-effective health plan for themselves, family and their workers.

Giselle Wirlen APRN, FNP-C
Giselle Wirlen is a Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) licensed in Texas with several years of experience as a health care provider at various levels within an acute and family practice healthcare setting. She is passionate about the use of holistic and integrative medical therapies to address the needs of proactive healthy individuals and individuals with acute or chronic medical conditions across lifespans. She prides herself in utilizing evidence-based models to determine the underlying causes of disease and adapt treatment approaches that include FDA-approved medications, therapeutic levels of innovative IV therapies, and personalized medical weight loss strategies to restore the body to an optimally functional state. Her approach to health care focuses on providing excellent care, an adaptation of a proactive rather than reactive healthy lifestyle, and support of long-term health maintenance of the mind, body, and spirit.
