At iNNOVAFUSION, we pride ourselves as an Integrative health and wellness center. Integrative medicine is an alternative, new, and fast-growing approach in providing effective health care. The practice of integrative medicine is broader in focus because it combines conventional and complementary medicine to restore overall health and wellness at an affordable cost, either through single discounted cash payment visits or through our Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership plan. DPC membership plans are suitable for individuals and families with no health insurance plans, individuals with high deductible insurance plans, and owners of small businesses seeking a cost-effective health plan for themselves, family and their workers.<\/p>\n

iNNOVAFUSION is a primary family clinic that provides care across lifespan. We are specialized in diagnosing and treating acute and non acute illnesses for both pediatric and geriatric patients. Our laboratory is equipped with a variety of rapid diagnostic testing options. Specialized\/complex testing is performed through our collaboration with efficient third party laboratory services. Other expert services offered include IV vitamin, electrolyte and hydration infusions, comprehensive medical weight loss, hormone therapy, and dietary counseling.<\/p>\n

Giselle Wirlen is a Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) licensed to practice in the state of Texas. She has several years of experience as a health care provider at various levels within the acute and family practice healthcare setting. She is passionate about the practice of functional medicine and proactive about healthy lifestyle modifications. Giselle prides herself in utilizing evidence-based models to determine the underlying causes of disease. As a result, her treatment approach is individualized to include FDA-approved medications, therapeutic levels of IV therapies, and personalized medical weight loss strategies. Her approach to health care is focused on providing excellent care and promoting healthy lifestyle modifications. Her goal is to support long-term health maintenance for all individuals across lifespan.<\/p>\n
